How your data is handled
Choose where the AI runs. Keep control of the records it can read and the changes it can make.
Three ways to run the AI
- StandardAnthropic or OpenAI through OpenRouter on US/EU infrastructure, with no-retention routing and enforced routing to providers whose terms prohibit training on your data.
- Your own keyYour account with OpenRouter, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or Google Gemini. Keys are encrypted at rest and never shown back in full; your provider contract governs.
- Your own cloudA deployment in your Azure or OpenAI account, including UAE processing. For health, banking and government-linked data, we require your own cloud deployment. Saudi residency is assessed per project.
Controls inside the system
- The assistant sees only what the signed-in person can see.
- Read-only by default.
- Every change waits for a person’s approval and runs as that person.
- Every AI action is logged.
Provider and retention details
No-retention routing is the default; provider safety screening and flagged-content rules still apply. A table of how long each party keeps data is available on request.
